Our reduced and concentrated Caramelised vinegar with Bush Tomato has an intense and robust flavour.
 
It can be used as a glaze, a salad dressing, with a cheese board, with one of our oils, particularly our Bush Tomato, Garlic and Chilli infused Macadamia oil, for dipping or as a dessert vinegar with fresh fruit.
